I have a workflow that's taking individual documents and routing them into Employee folders. It takes all the documents from one folder and routes them based on Field values. Currently, it terminates at the Move Entry step and says access denied.
I do have another workflow that copies documents and creates documents. How can I make sure this Workflow user has the correct rights to Move Entry as well as access to the destination folder?

Hi Taylor,
Workflow uses the access granted to the Process Automation User. You'll want to make sure that entry access rights in the repository are set so that ProcessAutomationUser has access. This is in addition to allowing the user on the Accounts page access to the repository, and is just like setting entry access rights for any other user. You'll also want to make sure that ProcessAutomationUser has appropriate feature rights and privileges in the Repository Administration page.
