Does anyone know what i'm doing wrong here?  at one point i thought it was working but moving things around made things very messy.  I have a set of questions that applicants need to answer yes/no.  Any "NO" on questions 1, 4, 5 or 6 is automatic reject and a 'yes' on question 3 is automatic reject.  I tried testing it and even answering No's on those questions.. the validation still goes through and sends out a success message.  It should go to reject.  what am i doing wrong?
