So when I'm redacting a TIFF file, sometimes I forget about the text layer (oops!) I usually realize that the text layer is there, and although the redaction tool does redact the searchability of the text that's redacted, sometimes it misses (i.e., it'll redact the previous line/paragraph). Because of the risk that the recipient of the redacted document could still search and find the redacted text, I delete the contents of the text layer. If I already redacted that page, however, my redaction on the tiff image also gets removed.

Perhaps it makes sense to not remove the redaction on the tiff image even when the text it's redacting is edited/deleted?
