I'm trying to setup a workflow and starting event that will update the metadata information on documents when the data in the folder level is changed. I set up a separate start event and workflow for that names the metadata fields based on the the folder level info when the document is added and that works fine. 

I'm just missing how to update the files when the folder info changes.
