Hi,
I've been going back and forth with our vendor on what may be causing our weblink site to constantly stop loading the browse screen & search results but with no success. I'm wondering if anyone else has come across this issue.
Multiple times a day it seems the website is running, however the browse screen fails to load any folder structure, even the browse & search links at the top of the page dissapear. The only way to remedy this is to recycle the Weblink AppPool but this only seems to work temporarily and also kicks everyone out of the system, requiring them to log back in. Client is running correctly as well as WebAccess. Weblink and WebAccess are on the same virtual machine.
