Quick Fields Server - Not Running Scheduled Jobs

Over the last few weeks out QF Server v10.3 has stopped processing tasks and jobs as per the schedules.  It seems to run "sometimes" for a few of the jobs but overall it is mostly not working.

Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot, we have tried creating new jobs, new schedules.  No improvements.

This has been pretty much set and forget, but now a mess.

 

Any suggestions?

I'm assuming you're referring to Quick Fields Agent? My first step would be taking a closer look at the Instance History. Does it show any errors or other messages when the schedules where supposed to run?

QF Agent actually creates jobs in the windows task scheduler, and that's how they are triggered. It sounds like that could be the source of your issue. Perhaps a recent windows update has corrupted something in the windows scheduler component itself?
