Workflow not running

Hello,

We are uploading documents to the repository through webdav, we also have a workflow with the following starting rule:

Starting Event: Entry Created
Run workflow on the entry that was created

If all of these conditions are true
User does not equal LF_WFUSER_PRD1
Entry : Path equals \GTI - Contenedor\CONTENIDOS

But the workflow does not start, we have performed the test by directly uploading the documents through the laserfiche client and it runs correctly.

Version
Workflow 10.4
Laserfiche Content Repository Server 10.3.1 build 236

Anyone know how to troubleshoot this problem.

Hello again,

I have detected that the workflow does run, but the flow is on hold, within the flow I assign metadata to the document. I suspect they are having a deadly hug between uploading the document and updating the metadata in the repository.

Any suggestions, I have put a wait activity in the flow but it is not the most efficient.

Assign Field Values retries on its own if the entry is locked, you don't need wait conditions.

What are you seeing in the instance details? Are there messages in the Messages tab in the instance details?
