I have some people that are starting to use the mobile app. Most of the documents they are accessing are Word documents. I noticed that they look very different in the app than they do in Microsoft Word. Why is that? 

I have seen it happen once in a while in Web Access too. Something with Laserfiche not converting the formatting the same way that Word does. Do we know why or how to fix it? 

The only idea I can think of is printing the Word document to PDF and storing those files in a different location for mobile viewing. A lot more work simply because the formatting gets changed by LF document viewer. 

I want to store Word document because I want them to be editable to the supervisors, but then be viewable on the app so I can have the tablet on the warehouse floor.
