Why does the upload thumbnail not always show up?  It used to show on all stages throughout the paperless process and then also on the Save to Repository copy, however, 9 times out of 10 it does not show up now.

I just finished a test and it showed up when I uploaded it , but when it was passed on to the next user task, the upload thumbnail shows an open window but the image is not there.  The user has to click on something to download it and open it in another window.

This is the setting I'm currently on, but I have usually have it on Large or X-Large settings.
