Feature Request: Ability to organize Processes under both the Manage and Start Process view.

asked on August 6, 2020

Please consider allowing system admin to organize processes into folders under both the Manage and the Start Process view.  For example, Allow me to create a folder for all HR processes or maybe a folder titled Public, for any processes published to the public. etc...

Thanks for the feature request. Although we don't have this capability in the Manage page yet, we do have a related feature for the Start Process page called Landing pages. Landing pages allow a Forms admin to build custom Start Process pages with a specific sub-set of processes so they can be grouped by process type. In your example, you could build a landing page with all the HR processes or all the public processes and set a URL to access that page. Just drop a link to that landing page on your organization's internal site and users can click it to just see the HR processes.

I understand the use of the landing pages for end users; however, it would be very helpful for an Admin to sort through all the Processes under "Management" if they could be easily tagged.  For example, i could tag all my forms for HR with an HR tag (not in the process Title) or maybe a business office tag and an AP tag so show me all Business AP processes.

We use the Landing Pages to make things easy for the users, but the concept of creating folders would make it easier for Forms administrators & creators to organize them as well.
