Laserfiche is planning several releases for self-hosted systems later this quarter, which will include new features, enhancements and bug fixes. Currently planned releases are summarized below and will be announced individually as they become available.

Laserfiche Forms 10.4.5

• Improved email notification experience for user tasks with new features that include the ability to more easily set email reminders for currently assigned tasks, set custom from/cc/bcc email fields and configure if email notifications are sent when tasks are assigned or reassigned
• Improved Forms process promotion tool with the ability to move reports, custom logos for forms themes, credentials for save to repository tasks and more to streamline migration between different environments

Laserfiche Directory Server 10.4.5

• Expanded just-in-time licensing to reduce administration onboarding effort with support for LDAP users as part of the Enterprise Identity Management add-on (note SAML and AD users are currently supported)
• Support to host individual applications on the DMZ when the Laserfiche system is using a domain-locked license

**Note: With this update, the master license that manages all other Laserfiche software licenses will be further known as the primary license. When activating Laserfiche systems or upgrading, you can find the activation key for the primary license on the Support Site following the existing process. This is only a name change where no product functionality will be affected.**

Audit Trail Reporting Preview

• Improved Audit Trail Reporting performance and experience with a rearchitected backend and updated UI for more intuitive report building
