Web Client Stuck In Login Loop

I recently upgraded Web Client to v10.4.2 from v10.3. All worked well on 10.3 but now when attempting to log in in a web browser if you enter the correct credentials it stays on the log in screen. It does not state that the credentials are wrong but just continuously loops back to the log in screen. If I check the Admin Console on my server it shows that I am logged in to the web client in the active sessions for my repository.

Are you using https when you connect to the web client machine? Recent changes in browsers drove some configuration changes, such that https is now preferred. If you don't want to use https, you can make the configuration changes described in https://support.laserfiche.com/kb/1014094/additional-configuration-for-chrome-80 .

Contact your VAR or Laserfiche support for an official answer. I ran into the same issue, Laserfiche was able to reproduce the bug, and recommended downgrading to 10.1 for the time being. That was a few months ago though, so they might have some better information now.

I was able to get this resolved. Had to switch over to https and everything started working again as normal. Thanks for your help.
