Hello,
Customer has a user that is stuck with looping when they launch Forms and it redirects to LFDSSTS for authentication.
Only one user is hitting this issue and only on their workstation using Chrome. IE/Firefox works fine.
Chrome is on the latest version. Chrome has been uninstalled/reinstalled.
Any other user who logs onto this Workstation does not have an issue with Forms and Chrome.
If the user logs onto another workstation, they are able to login into Forms in Chrome without issue.
I am thinking they should delete the Windows Profile, but wanted to see if anyone else has hit this issue for a single user and if there is another possible remedy (Deleting users in LFDS and syncing them back in possibly).
