Forms/LFDSSTS redirect looping in Chrome for a single user

Hello,

Customer has a user that is stuck with looping when they launch Forms and it redirects to LFDSSTS for authentication.

Only one user is hitting this issue and only on their workstation using Chrome. IE/Firefox works fine. 

Chrome is on the latest version.  Chrome has been uninstalled/reinstalled.

Any other user who logs onto this Workstation does not have an issue with Forms and Chrome.

If the user logs onto another workstation, they are able to login into Forms in Chrome without issue.

I am thinking they should delete the Windows Profile, but wanted to see if anyone else has hit this issue for a single user and if there is another possible remedy (Deleting users in LFDS and syncing them back in possibly).

Do you use Windows authentication to sign on LFDSSTS?

From you description it is specific user on specific machine, delete the Windows Profile may be the possible solution as it looks like some cache on that machine for that user.

IT deleted Windows Profile and issue still occurs for the user.

You can open a support case and we can troubleshooting this issue further.  Please record the login requests with fiddler and export the session, we need to check the cookies for the requests to see what may possible be wrong.

Is the issue happened only when access Forms from a specific workstation? The investigation we did before figured out it is a issue with Chrome installed on that specific machine, the workaround for the user is to use other browser such as Edge(Chromium) .

What is the version of Forms are you using? Better to open a support case with your solution provider so that we can investigate for you.
