I have a process where the manager initiates the form for employees. So instead of going back to the tile or the page which hosts the laserfiche form link, is it possible that after the manager submits a form for one employee, (We get the message thankyou you for submitting the form) , he can click a link on the submission page which takes him back to another form initiation for another employee?

Sure, the link to get to the starting form doesn't change. There are two ways to accomplish this, both in the process designer. Open up the message start event in your process and go to the Thank You Page tab in the right pane. You can either:

Copy and paste the link on the formatted Thank You page so the URL will be there ready for the manager to click back to the starting form...

Or you can use the redirect option to go directly to the starting form after the manager clicks submit. This will bypass the thank you page and take the manager right back to the starting form once submit is clicked.
