Below are the images of the 1st column in a table created identically, but display different formatting between the two forms.

The 3rd and 4th image display the current CSS coding for the two forms.

The image titled Safety Security CSS Correct.jpg is how I desire the table column to appear and the the image title Safety Security CSS Incorrect.jpg is the alternate formatting that I can't get to match the "correct" version.

I've completely removed and reformatted the Column Field several times.

What am I missing?
