The Laserfiche Cloud 2020.3.1 is a minor release rolling out in early August that includes a variety of enhancements and updates to features recently available as part of the 2020.3 release. Main updates in 2020.3.1 include:

• Dynamic metadata fields: Minimize data entry and increase accuracy by auto-filling or auto-suggesting repository metadata fields
• Assign workflow bot capabilities: Designate which environments bots run in based on the capabilities of specified worker machines
• Streamlined workflow import: More easily import workflows with automatic mapping to the relevant automation elements used, such as workflow bots, rules and other workflows
