We are currently unable to login to Laserfiche (Version 10.3) and get the following popup:

This was caused by:
General database error. [9008] at Laserfiche.RepositoryAccess.Session.SendLogInRequest(String idnRepName, HttpCredential credentials)

Could you please advise what might be causing this? The SQL server has been restarted and is up and running.
