Have finally isolated the issue.  Please have someone follow-up.  This is a problem for all Mac Users using FireFox.  Not sure if the same problem exists on Windows version.

When trying to log into any Laserfiche page, you enter user email and correct password.  The transfer to the next page does not work.  You sit on the Login page with no response from the system.  If you enter the wrong password or user email you get a response. 

When moving manually to the link for Laserfiche Answers, you see yourself logged on.  Also happens to every other Laserfiche site address protected via user and password.  Seems to happen on all version of Mac OSX and all versions of FireFox, Current is 78.0.2

Was finally able to trick Safari. to get into the VAR Site by putting in the correct user email and password and then using an old bookmark to get there.
