Record Status "Indeterminate" and can't be deleted?

We've run into a record that is part of a record collection and neither can be deleted. We noticed the record status was listed as "indeterminate." It has no current retention and was set for immediate destruction, and it's not permanent. Has anyone seen an issue like this before?

Hi Frank, what version of Laserfiche are you using (for both the server and web client)? Does this record have the same retention settings as others in the record folder or series?

Hi Anita, this is using Windows version 10.4.1.147 and web version 10.4.1.35.
This record is the only one in the Record Folder and Record Series, and both the record and Record Folder were set for immediate destruction.

Got it, was mostly checking to see if your server version is pre- or post-10.4.1 smiley. You may want to open a support case for this so the team can do some more troubleshooting directly with you.
