Hi Everyone,

 

My question is, how to change the profile name/ profile information here in answers?

Hi Rafael,

I believe you need to change the support account's name to change the name in Answers. You can find it in the Personal Profile section on the support site.

I already change the name on the support site, but here in answers did not change.
