In order to help you better and understand your workflow please, in the workflow designer, go to
tools-->Options--> appearance and check activity summaries and re upload the workflow in this post.
this will allow us to have insight on your workflow activities configuration.

as per the configuration, everything seems fine, can you please add track token activity to the workflow, and after running the workflow check the token id Number and the entry id, to check in the laserfiche client if this document actually have the ID Number.

Hello Rafael,
This is related to your database structure, after constructing your database as you want it to be, you can configure the workflow activities accordingly.
And in the database you cannot leave the name and the ID empty, you have to repeat them for every row.
