Hello there,

We have Laserfiche 10.4.0.35 installed, we are not able to remove a default template from a folder which seems to be there by default for any document upload. When changed to another template after it imports it agains default the one not required and fills in fields with values not set by us.

Already checked on windows client > tools > options >Import Profile

Can anyone please help in removing the default template from the folder?
