image.png files automatically uploaded on form

Hi,

Something weird is happening for some users (not all), where "image.png" files are automatically added to the form's upload buttons as shown below in my screenshot.

Has anyone else experienced this? I've searched everywhere and can't find an answer. Users are using Chrome Browser. I can't reproduce the same issue.

What version of Forms are you using? It is a known bug before Forms 10.3 when you clip an image first or copy a cell from an Excel file then paste into a single line field, the image will be uploaded to the file upload fields on the same form.
