asked on July 16, 2020

Hi,

We installed the Laserfiche Directory Server and ran the user Migration tool and now no one can login. We enabled the Directory Service option on the laserfiche/configuration page for repository and now no one can login.

This is event is created each time I try to login:

An error has occurred

Hi,

After all long time of troubleshooting we found out that we had to use a self signed certificate created on our Laserfiche server rather than using our external certificate for Directory Server setup to correctly authenticate.

Thanks!

Hi Justin,

Have you swapped out LFS's license with one generated from LFDS? Also, do you see any errors when navigating to https://localhost/lfdssts/configuration on the STS machine?
