In Search of Someone with Successful $$Forms Payment Integration$$

posted on July 16, 2020

Hello!  We're shopping for a payment integration solution with Forms and would love to briefly chat with a client who has successfully implemented one already.  We don't care which platform you are using...we are looking to learn more about all of our options.

Please reach out to me if you would be willing to help.  Thanks so much!  ~Laura, City of Lewisville, TX

Thank you so much for your response, Angela!  I would love to hear how your integration is going once you go live.  If you think of any helpful information you think we should know about working with Authorize.net, or if you've experienced any specific challenges that you've had to overcome during the integration process, I would love to hear from you!  Thanks, again, for your help!  ~Laura

Laura, feel free to contact me at jordana@co.cowlitz.wa.us.  I can also put you in touch with one of the people who have been helping building this new permit system because they have seen the integration and have been working in the test environment.

Hi there!  We are currently setting up an integration with Authorize.net.  They are one of few credit card systems that work well with Laserfiche.  We will be using Laserfiche for the cash and check transactions and Authorize.net for our credit card ones.  It makes it so no credit card information is stored at your facility and they are merely a pass-through company.  You will need a merchant account and if you don't have one, they help you set one up.  Once a person pays using their card through them, it will automatically push our workflow forward moving our process along.  Since it is not complete yet, I don't have as much to go on or the ability to demo it yet but hopefully in the coming months we will.
