We have a customer that does child welfare, they have LF Cloud with workflow/process automation

What is the best way to have LF automatically create a sub folder structure when bringing on a new client case? 

Each client case needs to have sub folders governed by security rights that include a separate set of rights on the medical images/exam, counseling, etc
