How do I send the updated word document back to forms?  

I have a form that the initiator inputs the data for a contract document.  Forms then kicks off a workflow that will update the word documents.  I have seen the white pages that states I can create an entry in the repository or email the updated word documents, but can I send it back to forms to finish the approval process without someone manually uploading the document?
