Monitor Tab options for users

How can I control what users see defaulted on the Monitor page?  I see this "All Processes" and can then search for the form I want to see, however, too many of my users see a form they hardly ever use (or never use) as the one that is defaulted into this spot.  So, in trying to teach users how to search, I am constantly pointing out that they have to switch what is in that spot first, then start looking for the one they want.  If each user could have a different default, it would be much better!

Maybe you can teach user to go to the Manage page first, on Manage page, you can click the star icon before the process to set a process as favorite and that process will appear first in the Manage list and then you can click the "Monitor" link of that process to go to Monitor.

Thanks for your response, Xiuhong Xiang.  I went to the user to see if I could make this work for her.  Unfortunately, no.  I see that she already has the form we were training/testing on starred.  Still doesn't make the form be the one she sees first on the monitor tab.  Any other ideas?

Xiuhong Xiang, after posting above, I realized that you were referring to that link which I normally never notice.  The user and I tried it and, you're right, that does work, however, it is not less steps for them.

I was hoping for a different default on the monitor page to lessen confusion for people who are not easy learners on new software.  My user has decided that it is just as easy to train herself to use the drop-down to target the form before using the search field to further target the item she wants to look into.

It was still good for me to see that option that you pointed out.  Thanks!
