Maintenance Window Start Time and End Time

What is the function of the "Maintenance Window Start Time" and "Maintenance Window End Time" in the Settings of Repository Options in the Administration Console?  I can't find any mention in the LF Admin Guide.

I missed that. It's in a Solutions Provider group. I took a screenshot of Miruna's post.
