Missing PDF Information

When importing documents into LF (generating pages PDF to TIFF), the imported documents are missing some of the PDF information. Is there a fix for this?

I have the same question this morning. I have a PDF that when it is copied into Laserfiche blanks out a lot of information. I can Snapshot it in and it is fine. The other thing is that it has digital signatures.

Please open a support case so we can get a sample PDF and troubleshoot the problem.

It has sensitive data on it.
