Laserfiche Cloud Demo: Issues Accessing Forms via Mobile

We are currently utilizing a cloud demo for a client and would like to get them setup to submit their forms via the mobile app.

When I sign into our account (successfully within the app), I can find the repository, as well as the forms we've created for them, there as if we were on prem (works great).

That said, when I try to access any of those forms, I get this message "A server with the specified hostname could not be found."

Can I get some help configuring this mobile connection? Accessing those forms from a browser works just fine.

The mobile app currently supports the cloud legacy forms, but not the cloud PA (process automation) forms. If you are testing with cloud legacy forms, the app should simply work, if not, please help file a Support case so that we have more specifics to investigate further. Thank you!
