Forms Login issue with LFDS User - AD Sync

Hello,

We have a customer, who has an employee that was recently married and their UPN changed to reflect their new lastname, but the kept their previous lastname for their email.

Now because of this, Forms will not sync the account over for the user to be able to login.

They are using AD Sync in LFDS, so we cannot edit any of the fields for the user.

Is it possible to have these two different values in LFDS and make it work?

What error did the user get when login?  The user doesn't need to be synced before they can login. The user should always be able to sign in Forms with two conditions: 1. The user has a valid license supported by Forms(Full, Community or Participant licenses), 2. The user belongs to a LFDS group that allowed to sign in Forms.

Hello Hiuhong, 

 

Issue was with their Membership to Forms.  I removed them and re-added them, manually synced Forms and the user showed correctly and they can now log in.
