I have a form with an inclusive gateway being directed by two fields, one a checkbox field for multiple branches and one a Radio Button for a required "continue" OR "end".  Continue would be defaulted until the looping of tasks is considered finished and they want to close the process and file the results.

This form was working but now has lost the ability to move to multiple branches.  It always "continues" by going back to the manager's On-Going Monitoring decision page, but it is no longer following the alternative multiple choices "Assign Tasks" branches as well.

Can anyone see why?
