Hello Everyone,

I did a quick search of answers for workflow and did not come across anything for permanent records.  I am currently playing around with 10.4.1.223 workflow and 10.4.41.147 repository and the set records management properties activity in workflow.  I don't know if what I am looking for might be in a higher version.

I want to know if there is any way in workflow to set a record with the "Designate records within this collection as permanent".  I can make a retention schedule that is called Permanent and set it to 100+ years but that is not really permanent.

As a specific example, I am looking to put Adoption files into a folder designated as permanent so they cannot be deleted.  I suppose I could create a hold called Adoption and put all the folders under the hold but I would like to set it up properly from the beginning.  Hopefully without the work of manually setting all the folder to permanent.
