I've been working on an issue with LF Support in which they asked me to go into Monitor in Forms, select an instance, and then click on the Workflow task to view the variable and values for that task. In this particular system I am only a Process Admin, so the Workflow task does not show as a hyperlink to click on. Why is this? As a Process Admin should we not have all rights to the process and its data? The only way to get it to present so I could click on it was having someone assign me as a System Administrator.

Is the workflow service task configured to wait for workflow to finish? There will be workflow step details only when the workflow service task is configured to wait for workflow to finish.
If you still can reproduce it after you confirm all the settings are correct, please open a support case and provide the video that can illustrate the issue and provide the exported process.

What version of Forms are you using? Both business manager and process admin should be able to view the task details.
Forms Version 10.4.4.444. When I am viewing an instance details a Workflow task is not clickable.

That is probably the difference. Neither of the Workflow tasks are set to wait for Workflow to finish. I will let support know.
