I am trying to record a video for support for another issue with the app but this message keeps popping up preventing me from going forward each time I try to capture video. It's like it knows I am trying to record a video.

It happens either at the login screen or when I click start process, I have been able to get past it when preparing, then I go to record with my gopro and it gives me the error again. It is as if I will get this error if I let my phone's screen turn off.

Happening both on my iOS and Andriod latest versions of the app
