Laserfiche Cloud access using Laserfiche Client 10.4 MetaData Panel Not Editable? How to Fix?

How come i cant change any metadata when i open on the right side? using MetaData Pane? 

 

I think i have all the access rights 

 

Need help please

Does the user have edit rights to the fields?
