ReCAPTCHA not preventing form submission

I've setup ReCAPTCHA on a forms process however, I'm noticing that its not preventing a submission when not completed. Am I missing some additional configuration somewhere?

What version of Forms are you using? I got an error when click submit if not click the checkbox.

Your support case indicates that you're using IE. Does it work in other browsers? You're probably running into the issue described here.
