Forms as a Survey Tool

We are trying to use Forms to send out a survey to all employees. We need to be able to get back response data in order to gauge the level of training that is needed. I have looked at the reporting features in Forms and it seems that the only options are for performance, work loads etc. Is there any way to make Forms reports that show the actual data that was submitted in a chart?

You can use custom reports to build reports based on the data of the submissions. You can use the chart type reports to see information on one variable (one question asked) or you can use a table report to see all the variables (questions) at once.
