Laserfiche Performance report

I've been asked to provide the following items in a performance report for Laserfiche on a regular schedule:

a. Number of users who logged in

b. Number of queries/searches made

c. Number of documents that were retrieved

d. Metrics of query/search success/failure

 

What is the best method to retrieve this data?

You should be able to get most of this in Audit Trail.

For c, do you mean documents opened in general, or the number of results from a search? I don't think you could retrieve the number of results from the search in any way unless Audit Trail stores that.

You could also look at performance counters to get this type of report.
