I have a scenario where I have a user task where my users will rely on a report to inform them when to take action. I would like to have NO NOTIFICATION for this user task if possible. Currently, I have a team in the 'assign to' field. This team no longer wants the email traffic generated.

Anyone else figure this one out already?

Just to be clear, I need the flow to route to the user task, but I don't want to receive any notification once it gets there.

There is an option on the user task to "Email assignees when this task is assigned" (or something like that). Just uncheck that and they won't be notified of the tasks via email.

Yes, there is that. Is there any way to assign it to a team without email notification?

It should follow that same option

We have enhanced this behavior since Forms 10.4.5: you can configure to not send the email notification on initial assignment but can also have the email notification when the task is reassigned.
