Weblink 10.2 Download Folder Structure

Hi Everyone,

Is there a way to download a parent folder within Weblink and keep the folder structure (i.e. download subfolders and documents while keeping the structure the same as within LF)?

I'll add example screenshots - so if I select the parent folder 'WL TEST', is it possible to download the documents directly under it (11) and subfolders (New Folder) while maintaining the structure? It currently will only download the documents directly under the parent.

I haven't been able to successfully do this, so I wanted to check in and see if anyone knew of a way or had any ideas.

We recently upgraded to WebLink 10.2 and found this right away. I requested this feature be added via my VAR (Cities Digital), after asking if it was a bug, or by design.

Cities Digital claim to have submitted the request to Laserfiche.
