Web Client-Remove password box from download image

Hello,

Is it possible to set an attribute to remove the Password box when downloading an image to a PDF in the Web Client.

Hi Jeff,

Are you asking this question because users are adding a password (incorrectly assuming that a password needs to be entered in the box before downloading)?

The password isn't required and the file will download without it being entered.

I see.  I had the same issue with a client who would enter their LF User Password into this text box. Doh!  Don't know of an attribute to remove this.

Hello Anthony,

Thanks for the reply.

Correct, I explained you do not need to enter a PW, but their IT person wanted to see if this could removed, so user do not inadvertently enter a PW.
