Laserfiche Cloud- CRM Integration

Hello,

We have had some communication from our Customers, who are on LF Cloud, asking about CRM Integrations with LF Cloud.

We know currently it is not supported, but I wanted to check and see if this is on a Roadmap by chance.

Hi Jeff,

 

Laserfiche Cloud currently supports integrations with Salesforce, Redtail, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. Thanks Esther, I should have been more specific as the Customer is using Tamarac.

Do you know if there is a Roadmap for Tamarac as an Integration?

Hi Jeff,

We are not working on any integrations with Tamarac CRM at this time.

Are these out of the box CRM integrations available for Laserfiche on-prem or will they be in the future?

They are not currently available in self-hosted Laserfiche. There are no immediate plans to make them available.
