Can we add annotations in Laserfiche cloud 10.4 to email files imported through the Laserfiche add-in for outlook?

Is it possible to add annotations to email files in cloud? A client currently prints a lot of emails and makes notes on them for payroll, but can they do the same in LF Cloud 10.4?

Yes, you can use Snapshot to generate images for them and then add annotations.

It might be worth looking into how they use those notes and whether there should be a process around interpreting them.

Laserfiche Snapshot is a virtual printer that generate images for electronic documents. It can be used to "print" documents to Laserfiche or it can be used on documents already in Laserfiche to generate images.
