Laserfiche Forms Redirect issue

We have Avante with Forms and very recently just installed the Laserfiche Directory Server.  A week or two later we set a 30 minute timer so that if someone is not active in forms for 30 minutes, it saves their work and disconnects.  About that time, we starting having intermittent issues with an error message that says "You will be redirected... or click here url".  The url doesn't work, it just keeps trying to connect like its in a loop.

We are wondering, has anyone else had this problem and what can we do about it?

I have tried:

  • closing Chrome and going back in (oh, one clue we thought we had is that whenever this happens, we can use Explorer to get into LF Forms, but not Chrome);
  • logging right off our station and going back in;
  • shutting the computer right off and going back in;
  • shutting off the computer for at least 30 minutes and going back in (THIS WORKS!)

We also hit this issue with a fresh install of LF. The workaround we have is to recycle the app pool for Forms, but this is going to be very annoying for users and for LF admins as well.

Anyone know of the permanent fix for it?

This has happened to me on more than one occasion, and was (temporarily) fixed by clearing my browser cookies for my Laserfiche Avante domain. For me, this is more of a workaround than a resolution.
