runtime error loading office add-in

Laserfiche Integrations Version 10

None of my office 365 add-ins will load on a new laptop with fresh office 365 and laserfiche 10.4.2 installs. I see the message below in the com add-in options dialog box.

Load behavior: Not Loaded. A runtime error occurred during the loading of the COM add-in.

Any ideas on how to get these running? Or how to figure out what the error is?

Jack, did you ever resolve this issue? If not, go to https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2977003/the-latest-supported-visual-c-downloads and download the latest VC++ runtime library. You'll need to restart the computer but this should address the issue.

Thank you. I ended up resetting the laptop and reinstalling everything again. This resolved the problem I was having. Good to know there is another alternative to resetting.
