Do the DCC PowerShell cmdlets create the temp files where StartTime/EndTime is stored?

To my understanding the information gathered for a DCC job is stored in an XML file found in this directory: C:\ProgramData\Laserfiche\Distributed Computing Cluster\Temp\(specific subfolders for each job), but I don't see where the PowerShell cmdlets (and the Web UI) extract the StartTime/EndTime data from.
