Saving Form attachment the form only works with JPG and PNG

Hello,

I had a question about a Form attachment process. When the attachment is a JPG or PNG and saved to the Repository on the first page of the form it shows a preview of the image. When we use any other format it does not show the preview. Are JPG and PNG the only supported image formats that the Form will save with the preview image showing?

Sorry, here is the list of supported doc types:

gif/jpg/jpeg/jpe/jfif/png/svg/bmp/dib

PDFs and TIFs are not supported

Other image type formats should work as well. We don't have support for text or other electronic document types. What file types aren't working for you?

Hey Jared,

Thanks for the quick reply. PDF and TIFF do not work. Client is on 10.3 Forms.
