One of our customers use LDAP account.
In the form, there email is empty and we can not popule the field; so during the process, the email is not sent.
How can I do ?

The email address has be to added on the Windows Active Directory.

Can you verify that in active directory the email address is populated in the correct section of the user configuration? This is where LDAP looks for this information, if it's blank here, it won't be populated into Laserfiche forms either.

Hmmmmm, I've never used LDAP users.
Can you try manually inputting the email into the LF users attributes and see if that resolves the issue?
